Mary's is a lively evangelical charismatic church. We have a variety of services ranging from 1662 prayer book to informal New Wine style celebrations. We are aiming to be an all-age congregation and we are blessed with members from every age group, from toddlers to teenagers to the retired. We welcome breastfeeding mothers and babies.

Our historic building (built in 1326) has been sensitively adapted to enable modern formal and informal worship and fellowship to take place with ease. Our stone rood screen is one of only three in the world. The puritans put paid to our stained glass, but this has left a wonderfully light and open building, with a lovely atmosphere.
Whilst we value our heritage, our desire is to draw people of all ages to a personal knowledge of Jesus Christ in a welcoming and non-threatening environment.
